Mono is located in south-central Ontario, close to Dufferin County. The lush landscapes of hills and flowing headwaters is the reason for our town slogan, “The Heart of the Headwaters.” In addition to forming a portion of the Grand River, our town’s legacy is our dynamic community of residences and breathtaking landscapes. The Niagara Escarpment is designated as a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, with its sprawling trails of natural beauty. As a rural town, our close-knit community is dedicated to sustaining our environment and economy. We have a variety of talented artisans, business owners and community members who proudly serve us.
